Here at Krieger we stand behind our products, but if for any reason, a product purchased needs to be returned there are several things to keep in mind:
- If product is defective and/or not in working or satisfactory condition you have a period of 2 years to return the product.
- We will not honor returns if products are sold to any other party other than the purchasing party.
- We will also not honor returns if products are transported or installed in another structure other than original address intended for products.
